As their IT partner soma technology group were tasked with restoring services, recovering lost data and implementing future proof upgrades to The Envy Hotel Network.
With Bottle Shop retail outlets and multiple Bar & Entertaining areas within the Hotel itself The Envy rely on real-time reporting, constant comms between POS and inventory software, collaboration tools and inter-venue communication across multiple devices.
